Delivery Terms

All our shipping is done from Denmark, and we use courier services GLS Group and UPS. Our shipping and handling fees are based on our rates from them. We strive to ship our goods to you as soon as we can, and we trust that GLS and UPS provides a good service in delivering the goods to you. On packages outside of Denmark, the customer can choose between these two services. Within Denmark, only GLS is avaible. Feel free to check out GLS or UPS home page here: or

Shipping rates vary from country to country, and you will see the amount when checking out.

Shipping time: 1-5 working days, depending on destination.
Denmark: Usually within 1-2 days
EU: Usually within 1-3 days
Rest of Europe + World: Usually within 2-5 days

All prices on products shipped within EU includes 25% Danish VAT. No other taxes or duties should apply within EU, but we can not guarantee this. If you live outside EU, you have to pay local taxes and VAT. But when you shop in our webshop from countries outside the EU we will deduct the our VAT which is 25%. Our courier service will also handle all the import papers and deliver your product straight to your door. All you do is pay the invoice they send you for local VAT and taxes.As taxes and VAT vary, please check with your local customs office for more info.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not happy with your product, you are always entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days after your package is been delivered to you. The only requirement is that the garment is returned in unused condition, and that it is sent to our return adress with the return sheet attached. The return sheet you can download and must be filled out and sent together with the package. Or else we will not know why it is sent back. All tags and original packaging must be included. Wrap everything accurately and return the goods to the address stated in the return sheet. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. When we receive the goods and everything is correct we will refund the money for the products to your account. This can take up to 14 working days.

Packages that are not picked up, and that is sent in return to us automaticly will be charged a fee of 40 euros to cover the extra costs this involve for us. If you regret your purchase you must pick up your suit, and send it to our return address together with the return sheet.
In cases of exchange please also remember to pay for your return freight. Jumpin provides the possibility for exchange as an extra service. Not many customers need to exchange, but those few who needs to, must cover the extra costs for this themselves. Therefore it is important to pay the return freight in advance, so that the handling of your exchange will go as smooth as possible. In most cases we could refund directly to your credit card through the payment service, but in some cases we need to do it manually. If so we will contact you to receive your account information.
Always take care of your tracking number when shipping back to us, it is your responsibility that the package reaches us safely.


We check all items thoroughly before sending them off. If there despite this should be any problems with the ordered item or we have sent you the wrong one, we will of course correct this for you. This will not result in any extra charges for you. If you have a complaint please send us an email to describing what problems you have. If you can attach a picture it will help us a lot. We have to investigate all complaints, which in some cases can take a little time. We ask for your patience with this.
Please don't send anything back before you have received OK from us. To speed up the process please send us a picture of the areas of complaint, so that we can easily evaluate whether the product is faulty or not. In case of an authorised complaint please return the goods to the address on the return sheet.


Procedure regarding return/exchange/complaints

Please follow these easy steps in order to help us handle your case as quickly as possible.
  1. Download the return sheet, click here. And fill out all the information slots.
  2. Send us your suit, AND a copy of the return sheet. Return address is found on the sheet. You have to pay for the return shipment yourself. In cases of complaints we will refund this amount to you, or order you a pick up sheet through our courier services.
  3. In cases of exchange, please pay the return freight in our webshop. All you need to do is enter, and search for “return freight” in the search field. You then choose the return freight product, and pay for this.
  4. Remember to take care of the tracking number of the item you send us. It is your responsibility that the package reaches us safely.
