We can’t guarantee that all displayed products are in stock when you place your order. If our stock balance for any reason should be incorrect, we will contact you instantaneously by mail or by phone. Although we strive to have all information displayed correct and updated at all times, mistakes can happen. If this should effect you in any way we will let you know shortly.
Jumpin can´t guarantee a 100% colour display of the items on your monitor.
Jumpin reserves itself from mistakes in product pricing due to technical mistakes in our webshop.
In all European countries (except Switzerland, Norway) and USA the prices displayed contains 25% VAT. Customers outside of Europe (and customers from Switzerland, Norway and USA) shop VAT FREE and will therefore not be charged any VAT by us. The prices displayed in these countries will appear WITHOUT TAX when choosing the mentioned countries as shipping adress. No further reductions will be made. To customers living within the EU, prices are displayed WITH TAX. Local import duties may be charged when the parcel reaches its destined country. Local duty or sales taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely and we can therefore not tell you what the cost will be. Please contact your local customs office for proper information.
When shipping outside EU, there will be an extra handling charge from our courier service. This is because they are handling the customs. This fee will be included in the shipping costs amount when you check out.If you have thoughts or questions besides you are always welcome to contact customer service at support@jumpinshop.com. We normally strive to answer within 24 hours.
When you are ready to pay, you can choose different payment service options.
We accept most of the credit and debit cards like VISA, MasterCard, DanKort, American Express, Diners Club etc. Payments are taken securely online at the checkout stage. Prices are displayed in local currency depending on which language site you are on. Prices are quoted inclusive of 25% Danish VAT and exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section. After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation from jumpinshop.com.
An invoice and shipping info will be sent after the order is prepared and ready for shipment.
All our shipping is done from Denmark, and we use GLS group as our courier service. Our shipping and handling fees are based on our rates from them. Shipping rates vary from country to country, and you will see the amount when checking out.
If you are not happy with your product, you are always entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days after your package is been delivered to you. The only requirement is that the garment is returned in unused condition, and that it is sent to our return adress with the filled return sheet. All tags and original packaging must be included. Wrap everything accurately and return the goods to the adress stated in the return sheet. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repayed. When we recive the goods and everything is correct we will refund the money for the Jumpin to your account. This can take up to 14 working days. Don´t forget to include the return form, and remember to fill this out correctly. Return form can be found under the point: "Procedure regarding return/exchange/complaints".
Packages that are not picked up, and that is sent in return to us automaticly will be charged a fee of 25 euros to cover the extra costs this involve. If you regret your purchase you must pick up your suit, and send it to our return adress together with the return sheet.
In cases of exchange please also remember to pay for your return freight. Jumpin provides the possibility for exchange as an extra service. Not many customers need to exchange, but those few who needs to, must cover the extra costs for this themselves. Therefore it is important to pay the returnfreight in advance, so that the handling of your exchange will go as smooth as possible. Remember to fill out correct account number and bank information for foreign transfers if you are returning a product. In most cases we could refund directly to your credit card through the payment service, but in some cases we need to do it manually.
Always take care of your tracking number, since it is your responsabilty that the package reaches us safely.
We check all items thoroughly before sending them off. If there despite this should be any problems with the ordered item or we have sent you the wrong one, we will of course correct this for you. This will not result in any extra charges for you. If you have a complaint please send us an email to support@jumpinshop.com describing what problems you have. If you can attach a picture it will help us a lot. We have to investigate all complaints, which in some cases can take a little time. We ask for your patience with this.
Please don´t send anything back before you have recived OK from us. In case of an authorised complaint please return the goods to the address on the return sheet.

Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: The delivery time varies from country to country, but the usual is 2-10 working days.
Q: How often do you ship out goods from your storage?
A: We send out as often as we can, but usually every monday, wednsday and friday before 11 AM.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: At the moment all shipping is done from Denmark.
Q: Which postal service do you use?
A: We use GLS – www.gls-group.eu
Q: Can a track my shipment?
A: Yes, we will send you a tracking number as soon as we get it from GLS. This will be sent to your email address that you have entered when shopping with us.
Q: Do I get a confirmation after completing the checkout?
A: Yes, you will recieve an order confirmation from us.
Q: I have got a size that is not fitting me, can I change into a different size?
A: Yes, we offer this extra service for our customers.
Q: What do I do to make an exchange?
A: Check out the guide under procedure on how to exchange or send us an email to support@jumpinshop.com. If you do not follow these instructions, your return package might take longer time to handle. So please be sure to follow the easy steps in the instructions.
Q: How long time will it take before I get a new suit after returning the first one for exchanging.
A: Normal handling time for exchanges is about 14 days. We collect all returns and exchanges and go through them once every 7-10 days. So In most cases we try to do it before 14 days. During and after holiday seasons it might take a bit longer time to handle.
Q: Why does the return sheet ask me to fill out an optional suit for exchange?
A: We can unfortunately not guarantee that we have the new suit you want in stock. So to reduce handling time, please inform us of this ahead.
Q: Why do I have to pay for the return freight as well when exchanging?
A: Well, the exchange service is just an extra service from us. The Jumpin is a heavy piece of garment, and we want to keep our prices down on the products in general. Therefor we cant afford paying for the extra freight. Be sure to choose your size correctly, and if you are in doubt, don’t hesitate to send us an email and ask us about the sizing.
Q: What do I do if I did not like my Jumpin?
A: You have a 14 days refund time. If you are not satisfied with the Jumpin, just send it back to us, and we will refund you the cost of the suit.

Q: How often do you get in new models and designs?
A: Jumpin is constantly working on creating new models and designs. This is a time consuming process, but we will try to release something new and fresh every now and then;) If you have any suggestions or requests, just email us on support@jumpinshop.com
Q: The suit I want to buy is out of stock in the webshop, when can I expect it back in stock?
A: This depends, but we try to get refills every 6-8 weeks. Don’t hesitate to send us an email, and we could get you the exact dates.
Q: What material is the Jumpin jumpsuit made out of?
A: All our products have a description of its construction on the product itself in the webshop. You can get more information there.
Q: Can I use my Jumpin outdoors?
A: The Jumpin jumpsuit is a multipurpose garment. And thers are no specific usage areas for it. You can use it for exactly what you want. But kep in mind this is not a technical product.
Q: What type of fitting is the Jumpin jumpsuit?
A: It is a UNISEX.
Q: How is the fitting?
A: The Jumpin jumpsuit is designed for comfort and relaxing. It is therefore baggy and loose fitted. Check out our the page about sizes for more specific information.
Q: How do I choose a size?
A: We recommend size based on your height. But since we are all built differently, it is always safe to check out our size chart as well for more detailed information about the different sizes.
Q: If the size does not fit, can I exchange?

Q: I have a blog, and would like to review a product for Jumpin, what do I do?
A: As you might have noticed, we like to engage local bloggers to review our products. This is because we think this is fun, and we also can benefit of some positive publicity by this. But since we get a lot of request, we can not sponsor everybody. But we promise to read all the emails we get, so just send us a request on support@jumpinshop.com and we will get back to you if we find your blog interesting. If you have any special skills like photography, video, dancing etc, this would count a lot. In this way you might be able to do something different and cool when reviewing our products. Just a hint ;-)
Q: If we have any other sponsor request, can we apply?

Q: What are the washing instructions for a Jumpin Jumpsuit?
A: Wash them inside out on 30 celcius. For a perfect result, add a little bit softner ;)
Q: Can I dry it in a tumbler?
A: No, we do not recommend this.
We recommend these sizes based on height. If you are in doubt of the width, just measure yourself, and check the size chart. If you are unsure, send us an email. We reply usually within 12-24 hours.
